Clinical Group Supervision - Managing Complaints

This group supervision is a process that supports practitioners working with complaints, to provide a better, more confident and creative service to clients.

Limited to 8 participants per group, this group supervision is designed for professionals to reflect on their professional interactions with clients and learn from colleagues. Each session has a particular focus topic which will inform core discussion and reflective practice. This session is for practitioners who seek support around managing complaints.

As drop-in sessions, the supervision is designed to provide support around both urgent matters as well as ongoing issues in your work. Group members can choose to attend one, multiple or all sessions in the series, depending on their needs and challenges.

Participants are encouraged to bring along a case study related to managing complaints to workshop.
