Consultation on the National Memorial for Victims and Survivors of Institutional Child Sexual Abuse

The Australian Government Department of Social Services (the department) is seeking input into the establishment of a National Memorial for Victims and Survivors of Institutional Child Sexual Abuse via a national survey.

People with lived experience, as well as peak bodies, sector organisations and advocates are invited to participate.

The survey is accompanied by an information paper, which provides relevant background information to help participants complete the survey. The survey can be completed online, or downloaded, completed by hand, and posted back to the department. Submissions are open until 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 22 November 2020.
