National interpreter symbol

We can organise interpreters on request. Please let us know when you contact us to organise a service, if you will need an interpreter. We also welcome calls through the National Relay Service

We are committed to providing quality services and we welcome feedback from our clients. Feedback is very important to our organisation as it assists us to better identify client needs, ensure quality and continuously improve our services. You can provide feedback by telling our administration staff or your practitioner.

Alternatively, you can read about our feedback process and provide feedback through our online form.

Please note that we are unable to offer volunteer positions or student placements except to students enrolled in one of our accredited courses.

If you would like us to link to your website from our resource library, please email us.

Each outbound link request is assessed for appropriateness for inclusion and will be included in a category of our choosing.

Submitting a link via email does not guarantee that the link will be included, only that it will be assessed.

We want to make sure that we’re using your correct pronouns. Please let us know how you would like to be referred to. (Pronouns are words that we use to refer to people when we’re not using their name. Examples include she, he, they, xe, and ze. Some people don’t use pronouns at all, preferring to be referred to by name.)
