Connecting with LGBTIQA+ community members at Midsumma Carnival

We had a wonderful time at Midsumma Carnival in January 2024 and are grateful to all the community members who came to talk to us throughout the day.

Midsumma Carnival is part of Midsumma Festival, Australia's annual queer arts and cultural festival, bringing together a diverse mix of LGBTIQA+ artists, performers, communities and audiences.

Relationships Australia Victoria has been a proud supporter of Midsumma Festival for over 10 years and we welcomed the opportunity to once again join in this celebration of diversity.

Our information stall was staffed by 8 of our staff members, including members of our Rainbow Working Group who said that the day was a wonderful way to connect with community members and LGBTIQA+ welcoming service providers.
