Each year, we bring together data, evidence and impact stories from across our services. Individually, these findings tell important stories of change. Together, they help us understand the broader conditions that enable people, families and communities to thrive.

Last year’s Social Impact Report explored how relationships shape mental health and wellbeing and why strengthening connection matters for prevention. This year’s report continues that work by examining prevention pathways across different communities, services and settings.

The report examines how wellbeing is influenced by the relationships, communities and systems that connect people to one another. It includes practice examples from across Victoria which highlight that positive and lasting outcomes are strengthened when support is accessible, trusted and embedded within the relationships and communities that shape people's daily lives.

‘Our 2026 Social Impact Report explores a simple but powerful idea: relationships are not simply an outcome of wellbeing, they are part of the infrastructure that creates it. Through the services we deliver and the communities we work alongside, we are building evidence of relationships as a vital social determinant of wellbeing.’ – Sandra Opoku, Senior Manager Evidence and Impact
