Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking two new Board Directors.

RAV is a successful, thriving, innovative and financially sound organisation that has been providing effective relationship services to Victorians for over 75 years. You will be joining a skills-based and cohesive Board and working with an established CEO and experienced Board Chair. Board positions are paid.

The organisation is looking for suitable candidates with skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Clinical Governance Chair: RAV is seeking expressions of interest from a senior clinical specialist with extensive experience in one or more of the following settings: Child, family and couple therapy, family violence prevention and treatment, child protection, family law dispute resolution, mental health. The successful candidate will need demonstrated experience chairing or participating in clinical governance committees or boards.   • Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Information Technology Specialist: RAV is seeking expressions of interest from an individual with extensive skills and experience in the areas of Information Technology and Digital Transformation. RAV is embarking on a comprehensive technology-driven transformation in customer communications and internal business processes and needs a suitably qualified Board member to assist with the governance of these projects. In addition to their specialist roles each successful candidate will need to have the experience and skills required to fulfill the responsibilities of a board member of a large not-for-profit Board.
