30 January 2026

Latest research shows the measurable impact of family dispute resolution.

Join us for a free webinar on the groundbreaking findings of a 2024 cost-benefit analysis of our family dispute resolution (FDR) services. Hosted by Relationships Australia National, our CEO, Dr Andrew Bickerdike, and Senior Manager Evaluation and Social Impact, Sandra Opoku, will unpack the analysis, its results and implications for policy and practice.

Date: 23 February 2026
Time: 1-2pm AEDT
Cost: Free

We’ll present insights from a cost-benefit analysis conducted by experienced economics consultants, Inform Economics. The findings highlight the strong financial and social returns of FDR, with $20 in community benefits for every dollar invested.

We’ll explore:

  • how mandatory FDR for parenting matters can reduce litigation and improve family wellbeing
  • the positive impact of FDR on the efficiency of the family law system
  • the potential added benefits of introducing FDR for property settlements.

If you work in family services, family law, or a related sector – or are simply interested in evidence-based approaches to better outcomes for families – this session will offer valuable, data-driven insights.
