Constructive and Cooperative Conduct in Challenging Communications

This webinar will help its participants to understand the elements of effective communication, recognise others and self in communication interactions, manage and understand conflict, operate constructively, and have cooperative interactions that lead to a shared positive outcome in challenging situations.

About the presenter

Jayne Ferguson is the Centre Manager Ballarat at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV), and a clinician, certified trainer/educator, presenter and clinical supervisor. She has worked in the community and government sector for 25 years and has been working at RAV for the past 15 years. She sees relationships as the cornerstone of life and has a passion for helping people have respectful, meaningful, and fulfilling relationships.
