All our centres, including headspace services and the Open Place Drop In Centre, will be closed from 25 December 2020 to 3 January 2021 (inclusive). Our services will re-commence from Monday 4 January 2021.

We know that the Christmas and holiday period can be tough for many people, so we’ve put together some tips to help you manage stress during this time.
